Would you like to take your artistry into the digital realm? Then iPad Art is for you! Learn how to turn your stylus or finger into a pencil, paintbrush, and even a pair of scissors to create beautiful works of art. Transform your photos into personal, unique expressions of your mind and heart.
The iPad provides countless opportunities and applications for creating. In this course we will explore digital doodling, watercolor, acrylic, collage, and lettering. We will play with a variety of apps such as Paper, ArtRage, Juxtaposer, and Font Candy to learn how to express ourselves creatively in the digital arena.
As we do this, we will engage the creative process: accessing inspiration, developing an idea, and brainstorming and engaging a strategy to bring an idea to fruition.
Students must have regular access to an iPad and be familiar with its basic operations.
